GUILD S-100
I added the Phase Reversal mini-toggle back in High School when I added the extra Volume and Tone Controls on my S-90, to simulate an S-100. This switches the two Humbuckers out of phase to give it that thin "Otherial" sound. (How else do you describe that sound, it doesn't sound like any "Other" pickup and it sounds light and "Etherial", so I made up a word).

The rest of the wiring is pretty stockish, but of course I made it up when I added the extra components. The Pickups go right to their respective controls, the Neck Pick-up goes to the phase switch, and then they both go to the Selector switch, then out to the Jack.

GUILD S-300D
I have an On-On-On mini-toggle for the front pickup on my S-300D, and replaces the old Phase Reversal switch. This switches the two coils between series/coil-tap/parallel for the front DiMarzio Humbucker.

I will have to order a 4 pole-6 position rotary switch that I was planning on using for the Bridge pickup, I'll be getting an inductor at the same time. I'll be going with a master Volume, Tone and Midrange Notch filter to control the multitude of coil swiching options (27!)
